Exercise good? My ass!
So, they say or no better claim that exercise is soooo good for you!
Well, here I am on the couch, with the worst muscle pains in my legs ever! I have started cycling to work again after 6 months of being unable to, due to cold air and chronic bronchitis (not a good mix). So, now after 4 days of cycling for 30 mins to work and 30 mins back, my legs (and back) are finally saying: THAT’S IT! SIT YOUR ASS DOWN AND STOP DOING SHIT!
Another good example of how exercise is good for you:
*at the school I work at all the sporty kids have had injuries at least once since I started teaching there.
* My brother went snowboaring and broke a rib and now has a tear in his wrist, so he is in a cast for 6 weeks.
* My mother played volleyball and busted both her thumbs
* And how about all those “pros” who get injured all the time too, not even mentioning people dying in the field.
So yeah, even though I have to continue exercising, as I DO want to get fitter, I still think that the whole “Exercise is good for ya’ll” idea is waaaaay overrated!

I feel your pain! I bike with 2 bodies worth of weight and my legs feel it big time afterwards. It’s soooo hard. I always say that cleaning is no good for you too. I’m always cutting myself, breaking nails down really low where it’s painful and stuff like that while I’m trying to clean.

yeah, cleaning literally IS a pain. What I hate most is how my hands and mainly my fingers get really dry and raw from it.
